Description

Reports To:  Career & Tech Ed Coordinator

 

Work Schedule:  Grant period only, Monday through Thursday (times vary)

 

Education Required Level:  High School diploma or equivalent

 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Allow access during the day for CTE students, Adult Education, Robotics, Ivy Tech, and Purdue classes
  • Assist with enrolling new Adult Education students
  • Screen those who are entering the facility utilizing the Raptor System
  • Direct visitors to their destination
  • Be able to answer questions about programs
  • Assist with mailings
  • Report any issues to the administration
  • Use of student management system and phone system
  • Distributing tardy and early dismissal documentation for students
  • Other tasks and paperwork as needed by the building administrator

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer skills

Salary and Benefits

 

Payment Type:  Hourly rate (commensurate with experience)

 

Benefits:  No benefits; for the 2024-25 grant period only
